This 12-unit building is located just 1 block west of the Intracoastal and 2-3 blocks north of Bicentennial Park (a beautiful park directly on the Intracoastal). This unit does NOT have a water view nor is there a swimming pool (hence, the more reasonable rental rates). However, the beach is just one mile east and the building is located in a residential area where there are several restaurants approximately 2-5 blocks away, including the very popular Old Key Lime House (waterfront) and Station House seafood restaurants! Also, the post office & library are just 3-4 blocks away. Several attractions are within 5-25 minutes including several beaches, CityPlace, Morikami Museum & Gardens, Flagler Museum, the shops/restaurants/galleries on Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach, as well as popular Clematis St. in West Palm Beach just to name a few. The Palm Beach International Airport is only about a 15 minute drive away.
